Start here by submitting our lead capture form. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a link to your secure client portal where you can review and sign your contract and submit your deposit. After your contract and deposit are received, you’ll receive an email to schedule your 30-minute bridal consultation via Zoom. We can’t wait to connect and begin planning your special day!

To reserve your date, a $200 non-refundable deposit is due the day you sign your contract. The remaining balance is due at least 10 days before your wedding. You’re welcome to log into your secure client portal at any time to make payments toward your balance whenever it’s convenient for you.

We offer string duos, trios, and quartets. We do not offer soloists.

• A String Duo (violin + cello) is perfect for intimate venues and smaller guest counts. It creates a warm, elegant atmosphere and works beautifully for a mix of classical selections and lighter contemporary music.

• A String Trio (violin + viola + cello)  adds an extra layer of harmony and opens the door to a wider range of musical styles. With more repertoire options and a richer sound, a trio offers the perfect balance if you’re choosing between a duo and a quartet.

• A String Quartet (2 violins + viola + cello) provides the fullest, most dynamic sound. With four musicians, you’ll experience maximum harmonies, deeper textures, and performances that most closely resemble the original versions of your favorite songs. If you want access to our entire repertoire and a truly immersive musical experience, a quartet is the ideal choice

No, your booking is only confirmed once the contract AND deposit are received.

1. Yes! Here's how we handle special requests:
   We search for a free arrangement

2. If unavailable, we find pre-made sheet music ($10–$25)

3. If needed, we create a custom arrangement for you. ($50 - $150)

  -Officiant + Family processional (optional)

• -Groom / Groomsmen
  -Bridal party processional
  -Bride’s processional
  -Unity candle/ the Lord’s Prayer / Special feature (optional)
  -Recessional

• -Postlude (Guests exit)

Yes! We serve all areas of North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina. 

Not typically. We coordinate in advance and arrive 30–45 minutes early on the day of your wedding.

We just need armless chairs for the musicians. If the wedding is outdoors, we will need shade/shelter to play under. 

Our instruments can’t be exposed to moisture. A covered rain plan is required for all outdoor events.
